      Description

      cdap-etl-batch and cdap-etl-realtime both support controlling how many resources their containers should use. For example:

      {
          "artifact": {
              "scope": "system",
              "name": "cdap-etl-realtime",
              "version": "3.3.0"
          },
          "config": {
              "resources": {
                  "virtualCores": 2,
                  "memoryMB": 2048
              },
              "source": ....,
              ....
          }
      }

      In addition, cdap-etl-batch has another setting for resources for the driver, like the mapreduce driver or spark driver.:

      {
          "artifact": {
              "scope": "system",
              "name": "cdap-etl-batch",
              "version": "3.3.0"
          },
          "config": {
              "resources": {
                  "virtualCores": 2,
                  "memoryMB": 2048
              },
              "driverResources": {
                  "virtualCores": 1,
                  "memoryMB": 1024
              }
              "source": ....,
              ....
          }
      }

      The UI should have some way to specify these settings. Assigning to Sree to prioritize
