      Description

Got some questions about program status triggers docs. More specifically, for the REST docs (https://docs.cask.co/cdap/4.3.1/en/reference-manual/http-restful-api/lifecycle.html#schedule-lifecycle), it would be good to specify what the full set of program statuses are (is it just completed, failed and killed?)

Also, on https://docs.cask.co/cdap/4.3.1/en/developer-manual/building-blocks/schedules.html#schedules-triggers, it talks about an example of a trigger on program failure, but the corresponding code example doesn't specify the program status anywhere. If no program status is given, does it default to just failed?

It is also confusing because the docs are there for 4.3.1, but not for 4.3.0, when the feature was added. This may be a larger question about the documentation process though.
