As a CDAP user, I want to be able to easily access a list of the reports I have created and saved.

"Saved Reports" is the third link in the toggle/tabs menu.
The link is highlighted/active only when there are reports that have been saved.
If no reports are have been saved, the link is greyed out and disabled.

      Saved Reports - List View
      The following info is displayed:

      • Name of the Report
      • Created by - <username>
      • Saved on - MM/DD/YY HH:MM am +Timezone
      • Tags
      • Status:
        • Processing - the report is being created, the user cannot click on the row to view the report
        • Ready - the report has been created and it is ready to be viewed.
        • Error - an error has occurred during the creation process. The report cannot be viewed.
      • Delete - The Report can be deleted from the list, by selecting the delete icon. The user can confirm or cancel the action, via a confirmation modal.

      Report View
When the user selects a row in the list view, and the report status is "ready", a report is opened. Saved Reports - Reports view.png
In the report view, the user can add or delete tags, or Export the report.
Selecting "Export" opens a popover with the following options:

      • Download as Excel
      • Download as .pdf
      • Email as .pdf
      • Copy public link - when the user selects this option a public link is copied to the clipboard.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • The report has a timestamp of creation date and time (and timezone).
      • Tags can be added or deleted. Tag changes are saved as part of the Report view.
      • A user can search or filter the report.
