ADD DROPDOWN AND CREATE 2 TABLES: 1 SHOWING THE RUN STATUS, THE OTHER SHOWING THE START METHOD
The histogram has two views:
- 1) run status Dashboard View- Suceede-Failed runs.png <--DEFAULT
- 2) start method Dashboard View- Suceede-Failed runs Copy.png
The user uses a drop down to select which of the two view to display.
The chart displays both the number of runs that occur in that time slot and the status of each run.
The run status displays the status of that particular run, after the run has completed. When a run is fired, the status resulting from that run is displayed.
a) P1 is scheduled to run every hour at 10 min after the hour.
The first run starts at 1:10 pm and ends at 1:20 pm. Status: succeeded
The second run starts at 2:20pm and ends at 2:23 pm. Status: failed.
When the user selects the 1:00-1:59 time slot, P1 status is "succeeded'
When the user selects the 2:00-2:59 time slot, P1 is "failed"
b) P2 runs from 1:12 pm and finishes at 4:43 pm. The run status is "succeeded"
When the user selects the 1:00-1:59 time slot, P2 status is "succeeded'
c) P3 starts at 1:20 and it is still running at the time the user views the dashboard. The status of the run is "running"
RUN STATUS CANNOT BE FILTERED
In the current design the user can organize the table by selecting which status to display. In this updated design, the status of a pipeline cannot shown or hidden from view
THE TIME BUCKET SELECTED IS VISUALLY HIGHLIGHTED
We need to provide a visual cue about which time bucket is selected and displayed. The column background is rendered in grey #f5f5f5, the outline is in yellow.
RUN TABLE - ADD "START TIME" COLUMN
Please add a column to display the start time of the run. The column is sortable when the user clicks on the header. By default, the table is sorted by run start time.
