UI does not allow you to upload a JDBC driver that does not have a version in its name

      Description

      Here is the error I see in the developer console:

      Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property '0' of null
          at common-new.js:1

      The error seems to go away after you rename the JDBC jar to have a version in it.

      Perhaps if the version is not found, the UI should default it to 1.0.0-SNAPSHOT
