      Description

Streaming pipelines should set spark.streaming.blockInterval to a value derived from the pipeline batch interval to prevent large numbers of partitions. The default is 200ms, which means for a batch interval of 60 seconds, there will be 300 partitions. This works especially poorly with the file sinks, as they will try to write 300 small files.
