Invalid dataproc service account key doesn't get logged in program context

      Description

      To reproduce, give an invalid json as the service account key for a dataproc profile, then run a pipeline with that profile. The run will fail almost immediately, but with nothing in the program logs. The app-fabric logs will have the cause, something like:
