      Description

Cloudera Manager users will need to be able to upgrade from CDH 5.3 (incl HBase 0.98) to CDH 5.4 (incl HBase 1.0), underneath a running CDAP. A common use-case will be to upgrade from CDAP 3.0/CDH5.3 to CDAP 3.1/CDH5.4, and we need to provide an upgrade path for this.

My understanding is the current upgrade tool will not handle the cases where HBase itself is upgraded, since the checks against the cdap metadata in Hbase tables will not change. Proposed solution is to check/store Hbase version as well.
