ExploreHttpClient doesn't work over https

      Description

      When using the QueryClient in cdap-clients library, even if the user sets clientConfig.setSSLEnabled(true), the request made by the QueryClient#execute() method is still made over http.

      This results in an IOException while making the request, specifically:
      java.net.SocketException: Unexpected end of file from server

      The reason for this is that the ExploreClient class always resolves the URL using http protocol (no consideration for https):
