      Description

      The init scripts for cdap-router, cdap-kafka-server, and cdap-auth-server all call hive when they don't need to. Only cdap-master should be doing this to figure out the explore classpath. Other services may not even be on nodes that have the hive client.

      To reproduce, delete the /tmp directory on hdfs and run:

      $ sudo /etc/init.d/cdap-router start
      ERROR - Failed getting Hive settings using: hive -e 'set -v'
      $ sudo /etc/init.d/cdap-kafka-server start
      ERROR - Failed getting Hive settings using: hive -e 'set -v'
      $ sudo /etc/init.d/cdap-auth-server start
      ERROR - Failed getting Hive settings using: hive -e 'set -v'
