      Description

      in both CDAP 3.5 and 3.4.1 when you start up the CDAP master using:
      /opt/cdap/master/bin/svc-master start

      That after the command returns, anything you type in your terminal session is not echoed to the screen.
      I have to type in 'stty sane' to get the terminal setting back to normal

      Basically, the only difference in the stty output before/after we try to start the CDAP master is the value of the 'icanon' and 'echo' flags:

      $ diff stty.before-master-start.txt stty.after-master-start.txt
      7c7
      < isig icanon iexten echo echoe echok -echonl -noflsh -xcase -tostop -echoprt echoctl echoke

      > isig -icanon iexten -echo echoe echok -echonl -noflsh -xcase -tostop -echoprt echoctl echoke
