      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Download 4.1.0-SNAPSHOT SDK
      2. Build and deploy PurchaseApp with the SDK
      3. Start any program and check for its log from UI or CLI

      Logs of each program can be found in logs\cdap-debug.log but cannot be loaded in UI or CLI
