      Description

Currently, the input format and output format of a FileSet (and PFS/TPFS) is defined in the dataset's properties. We should allow it to be overridden during runtime; for instance, a MapReduce writing to a PFS should be able to use a different output format class.
It is then the user's responsibility to ensure compatibility in the configured input format, so when the files are read, they are read with a compatible InputFormat class.
