      Description

I have a CSV file that I want to parse with Wrangler.

Two of the fields are a numeric value, which usually has a value, but occasionally has a null value. In this instance, I would like nulls to be replaced with 0s, but could see other use cases where a null might need to be an empty string or a string "empty" or a non-zero numeric value (a non-zero default value).

For example, if I wrangle a file with the line:

      A,B,,C

I want to be able to have an output of

      A,B,0,C
