      Description

When someone starts a pipeline, we should kick off a timer in the UI to keep track of how long the pipeline has been running. When the pipeline finishes, it can replace with the final updated time.

When the user starts the pipeline, the "duration" part of the screen should start a timer and count up each second from 0. if a user navigates away from the page, then returns and the pipeline is still running, the UI should be able to calculate the current runtime and continue counting up as needed.

Also, the start time should be updated with the start time of the currently running app. currently, it keeps the start time of the previous run.
